Issue : Security, Terrorism,
What Pakistan wants good relations with their neighbours? No, it’s not possible to Pakistan build well and prospers relations with the neighbours because inside the Pakistan one rule prevails it is called “Terrorism”. So many groups are operating inside Pakistan all one has own agenda. That’s why it could not maintain fruitful relations with their neighbours. Pakistani rulers look tiny before these radical groups. In Recent days some incidents happened in the neighbour who shows that Pakistan does not want peace in the region and don’t respect neighbours sovereignty. First with Afghanistan and second with the Iran and of course India is an old enemy.
Between Afghanistan and Pakistan divide the border called Durand line but Afghanistan does not accept this border. This border has been divided during the British era. Recently, Pakistan conducting census in two villages these are inside the Afghanistan called Loqman and Hazi Nazar this area elated to the spin Boldak of Kandhar provinces. But Afghanistan tried to stop it but Pakistan’s armed forces start firing and killed many Afghan soldiers. According, to Al Jazeera reports, at least 15 people have been killed and dozens others wounded after a cross-border battle between Pakistani and Afghan forces during a Pakistani population census near the border. This is not only happened in Chaman alone many other posts also across the Durand line such as Angur Ada, Ghulam Khan, Khwaja Kheder clashed between Afghan and Pakistan forces. Commander Southern Command Lieutenant General Amir Riaz, said that the Pakistan army destroyed four to five Afghan posts.
This incident criticised by the world and Afghanistan criticised Pakistani rulers and armed forces. “This was not only a violation of Afghanistan sovereignty and territorial integrity but also a clear provocation as we had informed Pakistan Security leadership prior to the incident that carrying out a survey in our villages would be challenged, but that we were ready to talk to resolve this,” Said Afghan ambassador to Pakistan, Omar Zakhilwal. Afghan always pointed Pakistan’s armed forces which shelters terror groups such as Tehreek-e-Taliban.
Another incident happened between Iran and Pakistan recently, Iran’s chief of army Staff major General Mohammad Hossein Bagheri warns Pakistan that Pakistani Army sheltering “terrorist “. Actually, 10 Iranian border guards were killed in clashes near Mirjaveh, Iran-Pakistan border. Reports that Pakistan based jaish ul-Adl (Army of Justice) fighting for independence in Iran’s sistan- Baluchistan provinces. Iran’s defence ministry said if Pakistan did not contain this terrorist group “We will hit their safe havens and cells, wherever they are”. These attacks on Iran’s soldiers not new it has become routine. This is not first incident when Jaish ul-Adl attacked on Iranian guards eight in 2015 and fourteen in 2013 Iranian guards have been attacked by the Jaish ul-Adl terrorist organisation. And In 2014 five Iranian border guards kidnapped by jaish-ul-Adl one has been killed and four were released.
But recent attacks on Iran’s soldiers Iran lost its tempered and warned that it might be considering “surgical Strikes” on the Pakistan terror installations on the lines of India. India successfully conducted surgical strike on Pakistan after Uri attack in last September.
Not just in India, Pakistan terrorists have been creating mayhem in Iran and Afghanistan for long. Iran pointed Pakistan’s army which is supporting jaish al –Adl, terrorist outfit to disturb the Iran’s integrity. Not only India now all neighbours of Pakistan accusing Pakistan to create instability in the region. Afghanistan also accused that Pakistan’s armed forces shelter terrorist organisation who launches deadly attacks on its territory. And no doubt India has long experienced of Pakistan’s organized proxy war. India is fighting Pakistan’s sponsored terrorism many years. Pakistan has made terrorism as an instrument of state policy. It uses as a tool to fight neighbours and exporting terrorism. Whole world is an eye witness how it harbours world number one terrorist Osama Bin Laden.
During writing an article Pakistan based Political party Tehreek –e-Insaf head Imran Khan pointed out Nawaz Sharif received funds from Osama Bin Laden to promote Jihad in Kashmir and Afghanistan. Actually, this book has been written by former Pakistan’s spy agency ISI agent Khawaja’s wife Shamama Khalid. The book titled “Khalid Khawaja: Shaheed-e-Aman (Martyrof Peace) claimed that around 1.5 billion Rupees Sharif took from Osama Bin Laden to spreading Jihad in India and Afghanistan this is very shocking report.
If Iran is affected by Jaish al-Adl terror group, India is Jaish-e-Mohammad and Lashkar –e-Taiba and other side Tehreek- e-Taliban has become headache for Afghanistan. These are all terror groups trained by Pakistan’s army and ISI. If, Pakistan’s national policy is to divide terrorism in bad and good whom they contain these terror groups. If these terror groups affect Pakistan these are bad if they carry on attacked against neighbours they are good. If Pakistan does not control these terror outfits. India, Iran and Afghanistan have to make joint mechanism to fight against Pakistan sponsor terrorism. And as soon as these countries should start talks on foreign secretary level and then increase the level of talk.
